E TICKETING

Once the process is completed by the client through “Online check-in” or “Physical check-in” at airport. Client is not allowed to cancel of change their travels dates and request for refund until flight cancelled due to air service provider.

In case if client No-show or miss the boarding on decided day and time, in this case only refundable Taxes, Fees and charges may be refunded which may vary on every Airline. Other than carrier imposed charges, service charges and surcharges.

Voluntary Full/partial refunds requests will be subject to the Terms and Conditions conveyed to the client. Economy Super Saver fares are non-refundable but client may request the refund of Taxes, Fees and Charges.

Refund requests for deceased passengers will be granted in full. 

Refund will be credited to original mode of payment.

Within 24 hours form booking change of flight request will be entertained after that extra charges will be applicable. Any other purchases along with tickets will not fall under refund criteria.

Process fee will be charge before processing and request will be completed within 30 days from the date of request submission.

Any change in Schedule i.e change in departure time, cancellation of flights, delay in flight, change in routes by the airline will be communicated to client well before time. Agent will not liable in such case as matter pertains to airline or air service provider, whether or not resulting from an Event of Force Majeure.

All applicable fees, charges and penalties if any are non-refundable. This includes Cancellation Fee, Name Amendment Fee and Handling Fee and not limited to mentioned heads.

GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS

Once Client final the ticket/booking and reference number has been issued no change will be allowed. Charges will be applicable if he needs to do so and client will also not able to replace his ticket with another passenger/client name.

Name Amendment is the alteration of the characters in the name column of the booking

Name Amendment Service Fee, PLUS Fare Difference & Other charges may be applicable, for the following amendments:

Add full surnames, first or middle names or aliases

Delete full surnames, first or middle names or aliases

NIL charges for amendments

or adding, S/O, D/O, BIN, BINTE or similar, reflecting relationship with the surname

NIL charges for adding separate single alphabet(s) in the name, reflecting initials

NIL charges for amending a total of 03 or less alphabets in part of a surname, first or middle names or aliases

You must keep a printed copy of the E-Ticket Passenger Itinerary/Receipt with you which is required for entry into the airport, check-in, refunds or exchanges

For entry into the airport and for check-in, you must present your passport or Official Government issued photo identification card along with this E-Ticket.

This E-Ticket does not constitute a document for carriage. In the event of any difference between it and the record of booking in the Air reservation system, the latter shall prevail.

By booking this ticket/fare, you agree and accept all Terms and Conditions, Flight Change/Flight Cancellation/Refund - Rules & Applicable Fees and the General Conditions of Carriage.
